My name is Traci Couch and some of you may remember me and Loki from our previous blog, Applachian Woman. Some how it was swallowed by Google into my husband's blog, so we're starting anew.

It's been almost 6 yrs since I've blogged. Of course, lots of life changes have occurred for all of us. I hope to share each day a little of my life including day events, recipes, needlecraft, and some of my stories and art work.

For those of you that remember my Helga stories I did self pub a book, I've written a second that I'm editting and writing a third. I hope to add illustrations to books 2 and 3.
